- Move Date
- Settlement Date
- Name of Buyer and their contact information
- The sooner we connect to the buyer the better
- Your existing service agreement may be transfer to the new buyer at no charge, pending them signing up as a new JC Heating automatic delivery customer
When your referral signs up as a new automatic delivery customer with a service contract you get $100.00
Moving to a new home in our service area, we can transfer your service agreement to your new home and provide automatic oil delivery service as always.
